Hi dno how many of you know who i am, but im fixtures sec this year, and just wondering if you want an old boys game this year. |

hell yeah!!! but make sure its organised better than Hanson did last year!!! well it wont be difficult! and plenty of notice as we will maybe need monday of work to get truly smashed!!! |

Alrite Boys how are we all doing. Wakey we are hoping that you and possibly Burls could organise the old boys team. I don't know which date will suit you better so just let us know and we will make sure the pitch is booked and our bank balances healthy. On another note thought i would inform you of our outdoor fixtures and tour destination. Tour is to Dublin and we leave on 29th June come back 4th July. Fixtures are as follows. 1s play Oxford 1s at home, Worcester 1s away, Staffs 1s at home Warwick 2s at Home and UCE away. 2s play Brum 3s at Home worcester 2s away Warwick 3s away, Brum 2s at Home and then Wolverhampton 1s away. Sorry for length of email. |

Im doing my masters at staffs i might see if they'll give me a game, i could still have a chance of that illusive BUSA 50 (not that i care!!). Also im in for old boys game. |

Wakey is always left to organise things, i dont mind sorting out a team, so long as i dont have to captain it! is this going to be a serious game? what standard is your team going to be? i propose munchman as captain. Team likely to be Roberts, much, ken, me, sutts, gorilla, ralph, piglet, jonesey, burls, pj? have i missed anyone |

Standard should be quite good johnson, if you wanna organise it then that is fine. Don't know if Jonty will be back from travelling by then. Also rodders and wakey himself. Play it as seriously as one in my first year. |

good shouts!! the following has a bit of a ring to it: opening spughes ( cavalier opening bat) and rodders (steady eddy prodder), number 3 worthless (strokemaker) number 4 mirinator (to up the tempo and accelerate the innings, number 5 the box sniffer (keep the score ticking over) number 6 Hanson (quick between the wickets to get the run rate up, number 7 Greasy nick (every side needs an all rounder, number 8 Ashton (canny leg spin will buy wickets and will add useful runs at the end) number 9 Choco (specialist fielder)number 10 spesh any ideas of whom could make the numbers up? |

Johnson you've just named pretty much the team that got spanked by Loughborough. Rodders being put over the rugby posts being the higlight of the day (aside of course from Spughes smashing it to all parts of stoughton road!!) |

Not dead just busy. Letting you know that we lost indoor varsity again by 4 runs. Mainly thanks to cheating scum of a poly umpire. Revenge will be had in outdoor varsity. Will let you know when it is as soon as i know. |

I hope there is a place for a former club captain at the OBs game as I may well be coaxed out of retirement. With regards to contacts the Old Boys' book should have the details of recent members unless it has gone the way of my beloved TFC jacket! |
