hey, hope all is well with the skye thing and it is headed in the right direction. i have been following this for a while now. anyways, i heard that skyes registered name was changed and wanted to know if you heard that and/or new that. can't remember what it was changed to and if it is true or not but i thought i would give you a heads up just in case. good luck |

It wouldn't surprise me in the least that Blackhaven did that. They are crooks. We are still knee deep in court procedings. I keep reminding everyone and all the list groups and forums, rescue groups etc that Skye is still missing. Skye is microchipped, and If she ever gets scanned my info will pop up. We did hear a few months back that Skye was sold as an unregistered GSD, but don't have conformation of that. If Blackhaven did indeed change Skye's registration then they will be in much more trouble than they are now. |

Last night (Oct. 1) at 6pm Shannon Windsor from Blackhaven Shepherds called me on my phone and said "i'm going to kill you" I called Bell and had them trace the call, the trace came back with Shannon and Mark Kinkley's home addy. I called the Police. Shannon Windsor has now been charged with Death Threats. I think Shannon is crazy enough to follow through on her threats. You would have to be either very very stupid or totally crazy to make threats of death to someone who you are currently engaged in a civil dispute with. Maybe she is both? |

Hi Kerri: Any news yet? I hope this gets settled soon, I know sometimes the stress of waiting for the case to finish is worth way more than any settlement but hopefully this is over soon. Also how goes the breeding plans? I see you are back to Bandit, when will this take place? Good luck and remember we are thinking of you. |
