I think we have set very realistic goals for this year. I am especially excited by goal #3--improving meeting efficiency. The message board will improve efficiency and involve often absent PDIVs. However--I think we need to look at what else makes our meetings inefficient. Are our agendas reasonable? Are we prepared for each week? Does dinner time take too long? Can we do sign ups more efficiently?Etc. We have a great start on this goal, but I think we can do more.
