In the past, members have been required to complete one Xcel fundraiser per semester. The new proposal is for the requirement to be two fundraising events per semester with at least one being an Xcel event. Discuss thoughts on the proposal here. |

some people do two events per semester already. It is a good idea that will help out our account for events and scholarships. |

Well, if we are going to require more participation during the year I would rather see it be in regards to professional events, not fundraising ones. I am under the impression that we not in dire need of money. Of course we could always use more, but I think it would benefit ourselves and the community more if we required more professional events than fundraising events. |

I think the idea of two fundraising events is great. It will keep our chapter financially secure, which is extremely important. It will also allow us to have more funds for professional projects and such. I think you have a great point Ryan, and I hope that brothers are willing and want to complete more professional events, not because they are required, but because they like to volunteer their time :) |
