Theta Chapter,Please take a look at the Professional Event Opportunities below and chooseones that are of interest to you. You must have two professional eventsper semester. Remember, we are a professional fraternity, please sign upfor professional events.Prepare for Spring Poster Session~ Need A Coordinator! (This would fulfill your professional obligations forthe rest of the school year (through Spring semester))Coordinator Responsibilities:~Create a committee and delegate your responsibilities~Brainstorm and Produce a window display on a topic of interest~Develop training session for PDXers (what to do at poster presentations)~Set up Display areas (Supermarkets, Community Pharmacies, school, etc) Ideas: (Very similar to your EPhECT Outreach Topics)Medicare Part D EducationDiabetes Awareness EducationHealth Eating and ExerciseBe Good to Your Neighbor Yard Clean UpDESCRIPTION:This should be one of the easiest event you can organize! Get a group ofFIVE PDXers together and help your neighbor out with some yard chores. Target your grandparents or someone you know who is disabled and may not beable to do lots of physical activity.Please have the person(s) you are helping document that you helped themwith the date, time (hours donated) and number of participants.
