Way to be on top of things Trace. Lets look nice and make the new pledges feel special about their commitment. If you don't want to go out in formal clothing, feel free to bring an extra set of clothes.

I think we'll ahve about 20ish pledges - good #. and i would say, if you ahve you pin, wear it. just be sure to put it in a safe place after so it doesnt get lost at the bar! and to add to brocks - this is all about making them feel special like they are becomeing an important part of a great organization. let's all try to make them feel very welcome and stoked they're joining! you guys rock! thanks!

Thanks for all the hard work Tracy and Tom, I can't wait for tomorrow night and to see how the idea of a pinning ceremony goes! I think we have a great group of pledges as well, great job attracting the students that will make great brothers!

Congrats on a great job with the pinning ceremony Tracy and Kristin!!! I think it was the perfect way to welcome the new pledges and to get all of us excited and focused on making the next couple weeks of pledging a great experience. A definite fun night!!!!
