I know short notice, but the Sept. report centers on Chapter strengths/weaknesses and recommendations. If anyone (esp. committee heads) would like to either comment or email me some suggestions, there's subtopics such as image/efficiency, membership, scholastics, focus and organization etc. The attached link has the actual report (under sept).
