Does anyone have an exercise bike that I could have? I saw my physio yesterday who said that it would be a great way to get fit. I have just been issued with my crutches but I can't walk far at the moment. With a bike in the house I can exercise as and when I am able. If not do you have any ideas where I may be able to borrow one from?Thank you. |
