Filipino develops $100 budget PC By Alexander Villafania INQ7.net Last updated 09:30pm (Mla time) 11/07/2006 IT’S barely the size of a folder, as thin as a pocket-book and as lightweight as a ream of bond paper. It’s a PC complete with a motherboard, processor and memory storage developed by a Filipino and it only costs 100 US dollars. John and others, what can you say about this development? |

I happened to test the prototype PC, and met the manufacturer of the via pc together with Mr. Mananghaya. It is taiwanese assembled computer. The PC is no good when you run the standard applications. Good only as Internet access terminal. |
