Delegates, it is important that you research who your allies are. You must know who would or would not support you in the real UN. I have seen many countries supporting resolutions/merging with others, etc. that would likely never happen. As you must know, oftentimes politics, agendas, partnerships/allies, etc. play a crucial role and many countries are "unable" to sign/support a resolution due to their "relationship" with other countries. Therefore, although you may like what you read in a particular resolution, do your research first to see if your country really would be in a position to support that particular resolution.
