Yes sadly, it's true... I'm leaving The Me Me's after two and a half fantastic years. I would like everyone to know that there has been no falling out within the band, my decision to leave is purely personal and no reflection on the lads what so ever, it's simply a case of me not being able to commit the necessary time that's needed to front this wonderful band. I have had some of the best times and gigs during my spell as Me Me's frontman and met some truly wonderful people and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all. I especially want to thank Roy T. Rock for tracking me down and giving me this chance in the first place - I knew then it would be an unbelievable rollercoaster ride and it has been, and of course Sparky, Madcat and Malfunktion - good mates, great musicians, a pleasure to share a stage with. It looks very likely that my last gig will be at The Office in South Shields on October 31st depending on the progress of finding a replacement singer, but if all goes according to plan that's when I'll be handing over the vocal reins... Well, now that everything is out in the open and above board all that remains for me to do is wish the lads every success for the future and hope The Me Me's continue to be top of the Punk/Pop tree for a long time to come - they deserve it... I hope with the boys I've helped lay a solid foundation for the band to go on to better things. See you all at the next load of gigs, Thanx everyone, Bini.
