I have been racking my brain about how I can help CHO at this time, and in the future. My husband and I have been approved for missionary work through Dr. Franco and are planning on coming as soon we can after May. With clean drinking water essential to all of the staff and children at CHO, I would like to know if they currently have water purification systems in both orphanages/schools? |

I also wanted to know if the Miami office has a new telephone number, as the one on the website states that it is no longer in service. |

We do not have water purification in place at this time. There is a donor who has one in the DR if we can get it to Mariani. We are working on that at this time. The phone number at the Miami office is 786-573-0850. The lines have been constantly busy but definitely operable. Thanks so much. |

Wonderful that you have a donor! Would 2 systems benefit CHO? Perhaps at the other location; there are two if I am correct (Mariani and Jeremie). I am aware of a system that works on a car battery and solar power.
