Someone asked a while ago about the AmazingMat for handbuilding and Slab roller use. I have it and use it for both and find it is better then slabmat, canvas and other stuff I tried. It is uuch easier to work with store and cleanthe best part is is cost way less http://www.Amazingmat.com |

Just tried the AmazingMat now named SOULMAT. Got lost on the web trying to find it. They made it in a special size for me and it was way less expensive. Best of all it works better then any of the other SlabMats I have used. I teach and this is easy to store and take care of. It isn't fussy. I don't need to wait for it to dry between uses and I get completely and I do mean completely smooth slabs. Other slabmats claim they leave a smooth surface but they don't this one does.. |

Just wanted to mention the link Roger gave works or I found it by typing in "soulmat pottery mat" in search. It comes up under the Miracle Bat site. Typing in SoulMat alone doesn't bring it up. |

Tried the SoulMat and I am going to buy more. They work great as work surface on tables and leave the smoothest surface I have seen for slabroller work. Plus nothing sticks to it! Also has low price. |

Tried those Miracle bats at my teachers studio and I ran across this site while looking to buy some.. MY 2 cents is they work great.. and my teacher also has the Amazing Mat which leaves very smooth slabs and nothing sticks to it. |
