My dream was really short last night; all I could remember is that I was somehow at-bat for a Major League Baseball team (AWESOME), and I tied the game with a 2-run single. That's pretty sad that that's all I remembered. I think every night before bed I'll try to tell myself I'll check the time in my dreams. a good weekend of dreaming. nothing last night tho. i need to try to focus on new ways to trigger memories and lucidity. |

A good sleeping night with two dreams that I remember. I was driving around in the dark looking for an address and that went on for a long time. Ended up in daylight at a picnic (which I think was a Billy Art Show). I gave a multi-page survey concerning horse-racing to people sitting at the picnic tables. Jay was complaining about delivering the mail - they told him how to deliver flyers, it was very hot and he told them he did know how to deliver after 28 years. His cousin Brian was telling him what was happening elsewhere in the Post Office and that Jay should throw away his golf clubs, especially the white ones (because of the heat) and to throw them in the ditch as everyone else in the P.O. already had done so. We took a pickup truck up the hill but I had to go back to make more survey copies for the last 2 guys. Everyone had written on their surveys, so there were no plain ones for me to copy. I said 'forget it, do you want to fill them out?' Everyone yelled 'No!" I said "okay, fine, I don't know why we're doing it anyway, nobody looks at them." Everyone was drinking mixed drinks in clear glasses. [The cat jumped on me here and woke me up. {I decided I was going to try to dream the next dream aobut chocolate cake and colorful presents, but that didn't work.] The next dream I was in a gym on a wooden walkway high above the floor, without any railings. Bruce Willis in his John McClane persona was down below. I was moving from side to side on the walkway trying to see what was going on and I almost fell off when went I got too close to one edge - I started to sway and felt gravity pulling me and I realized that I could get really hurt if I fell, and I felt a jolt as I just barely caught my balance and pulled back. I didn't fall, but I woke up. [Jay was snoring loudly so that was probably what actually woke me.] No lucid dreams.
