The Bunnies Dump The Buckets, 38-26.

The West Hollywood Fuffy Pink Bunnies visited the L.A. Buckets to renew their fierce rivalry and poured it on in the 3rd Quarter to put a cushion between them that the Buckets just couldn't penetrate. Oh my gawd that sounds sick. Big plays on O were the difference as the Bunnies turned a D battle in the 1st half into a shootout and blew away (no pun intended) L.A. when it mattered most!

Good game Coach Koutsoubas!!

Bunnies bring gay time to LA: Win Sexual Orientation Bowl
With the gayness or straightness of LA on the line, the Bunnies survive early Bucket surge and win 38-26. The twice a season LA/WH parade will again paint the town pink this Tuesday with Big Gay Al leading the parade sporting only pink diapers.
Although the Buckets dominated the stat sheet and dominated the first quarter, the Bunnies exploded for 31 points in the 2nd and 3rd behind Big Gay Al’s 5 TD passes.
The Buckets would not give up converting a huge 4th and 24, scoring on the play to make it 31-20 in the fourth. The teams traded td scores and with
2:43 left in the game the buckets ran dry and the Bunnies were able to run out the clock for their 4th win of the season.
Notes and Comments:
-The buckets held the ball for 30:32 and out gained WH 413 to 381. The Buckets also had 28 first downs to the Bunnies 17.
-Major Homo hit his second field goals in as many tries, tying his personal record for consecutive Field Goals at 2.
“QB Derrick Nay played an amazing game, I thought for sure we had him sacked 15 or 20 times and he just kept bouncing off our guys and making plays, I kept getting on him, but I just couldn’t finish him off” – DT Shawn Slurper.
“Nay is a very, very, very good friend of mine, I taught him some of those moves….especially how to handle someone bearing down on you from behind, I couldn’t believe he got away from DE David Bumlicker. Once he gets you from behind….99 outa 100 times its all over.”-QB Big Gay Al regarding Nays performance.
“My butt plug fell out and I guess I kind of panicked, I froze for a second, that being my good luck charm and all, man I really got screwed….and I didn’t even enjoy it.” –CB Eugene RearPounder on getting burned on a 4th and 24 play.
-Coach Jay Tando was seen leaving the stadium walking rather gingerly muttering something like, “I can’t believe I lost that bet…..I can’t believe I made that bet.”

Coach Wang spoke out against the current theme going on with the West Coast teams of Pike Place, LA and West Hollywood in the press conference before the big Savahna rematch. "We wish to tell these teams that Yukon will not tolerate these backdoor shenanagins in Pan Memorial Stadium! If they wish to "Bat for the Yankees" then let them do it in NY!"

L.A. Buckets Post-Game Notes

Coach Jay Tando, on the Bunnies’ Coaching: “Those fags are well coached. I thought I had them figured out in the 1st quarter and had a dominating set of drives- and held his O in check but all of a sudden my QB fumbled- his 4th in 4 weeks- and set up shop for those queers at my 30. Suddenly things just kind of slipped into place for the Bunnies at that point. Oh geezuz I can’t believe I just said that…”

QB Derrick Nay on his up and down day: “I know I broke a lot of tackles. But I also had 2 more costly fumbles. I mean, come on, I was being chased by large homosexual men- it’s kind of easy to drop the ball in those situations. I was able to slide away from a few grabs because those Bunny defenders had some excess Vaseline on their hands- I don’t even want to know how they got that stuff on their gloves… It was great to throw like we did- and control the clock- but their quick-strike offense was too much for our D. That Bunny QB Big Gay Al had all day to throw and made some huge bombs. My hat’s off to him. But that is ALL that is off to him!”

CB Lon Thompson on the Bunny Offense: “We had a great strategy early and it was working well: blitz and keep the running game grounded. The 1st quarter went well but then the Bunny pass blocking picked up our blitzes and we just didn’t stay with our M2M coverage. It doesn’t help when their WR tries to “check your oil” with his finger as he runs by you!”

Yukons fan watched in silence as thier last chance to get a td to make the game respectable turned into a saftey and a 37-19 loss. The fans who had the gatorade bucket of liquidy green apple splattered goat dung usually dumped on the opposing coach after a Yukon win(Pike Places coach was the most recent coach to get this after thier loss in Yukon) Coach Wang told them "Save it for Mudrick...the Transvestalania coach, we'll let it sit for another week and then after the slaughter we will just pick him up and dunk him in it head 1st." "Now we need to fight for the sole wildcard spot, unless Savanna loses 3 thats all we can hope for now."
