Hey all, I am attempting to put together a nice group workout this friday, It will consist of roughly 25ish miles biking and roughly a 5k runing. It will be all broken up with practice on transitions and hopefully a few us will have built an actual makeshift T2 box or rack. So the more people we have for this the better. It will be fun and then maybe we all go grab some grub or a hot coffee or chocolate if it is cold.

ok right on Kyle, we will meet at 230 at the clock tower, bring running shoes bike helmet and of course bike, and gear you feel comfortable in to run and bike in. I will explain more at the tower.
