what is the correct way to remove wall border from around the top of a room someone put it directly on the drywall...i've tried scraping but not much luck it's vey time consuming. |

Always try to remove the vinyl facing first. Use a razor blade to do so. Dont push down to hard. Than wet the the backing a couple times and scrape off. If the vinyl facing does not come off you may need to use a paper tiger to puncture the paper so the water gets threw. If nothing works you may need to spackle the edge a couple times , sand, than prime over it. http://www.paperhangit.com The Art Of Wallpapering |
