We re-papered our kitchen. Above the wainscoating is the palce for the border. I took off the old paper, but there are large sections of very uneven wall, due to former decoration. Can I get some neutral paper (without plastic) to even that out or soften the problem? Looking forward to your reply. Thanks so much! Your website is great. |

Yes,For damaged walls or walls that are rough I like to put on a liner paper first. Liner paper comes in all different thicknessed depending on you need.
