I am finishing up preparing a nasty wall--see my previous posts. Is it a good idea to use 2 coats of primer rather than one? |

When in doubt than it may be a good idea. I have double coated with primer many times. http://www.paperhangit.com |

Yes, If it you think it needs it, it probably does. I double coat the primer allot in bad areas. http://www.paperhangit.com |
