I live in a modular home..happlily, I might add. I want to paper the walls. Do I take down those "little strips" between the vertical wall boards before doing that? Do I need to prime the walls? I don't know where to start. Please and thank you. Peg |

Yes, Remove those srips and spackle the gap a couple times than prime everything with shieldz made by zinnser. This primer is for wallpaper and is white pigmented. http://www.paperhangit.com |
