The wall paper I am stripping has a border that was put on over the paper with Vinyl to Vinyl paste. Should I just pry up a corner and rip it off or are there ways to finesse it? |

Just rip it on off !! Allot of times while you are removing the facing of the wallpaper the border will come off with it. http://www.paperhangit.com Give your home the warmth and beauty you desire ! |
