My wife's just found an "English" wallpaper that she's fallen in love with. I've hung wallpaper before, but the vendor says that I need to hang an under-laying paper before I hang the wallpaper my wife likes. I can't seem to find a description of the process anywhere. Does anyone know the difference between hanging this English wallpaper vs. hanging the standard stuff? Thanks for the help. |

It is good to install a liner paper first with that paper. You can purchase it at wallliner.com ,That is were I get it. The liner will help the paper to adhere much better and the seams will turn out much nicer. It helps the drying process as well. Liner is very easy to hang. You dont have to worry about messing up. Just dont overlap any seams or they will show threw. Hope this helps, John http://www.paperhangit.com Give your home the warmth and beauty you desire ! |
