I am looking for an episode of SNL where he played in some jeapordy type role. He played some gay guy and it was the funniest thing I have ever seen. My friends and I call in the "whitey bird" episode. Does anyone know how to find this? THanks |

There are two gayish characters that Marty Short has played. Frank Egglehoffer from Father of the Bride 1 and 2 and Jackie Rogers Jr. from SCTV. Jackie Rogers Jr. is albino and gay to those of you who can't laugh at a funny washed up lounge club singer. |

this bit had martin short as jackie rogers jr. hosting a show called SPIN FOR THE WAD. Chris Guest played Rajiv Vinderloo, a gay man from India. The other contestant was Billy Crystal as Sammy DAvis Jr. IT WAS THE MOST HILARIOUS THING ON SNL EVER! It may be on a best-of tape. |

I do have that skit on tape somewhere. I dont believe that Jackie Rogers Jr. was gay though because his "Vanna-type" person was his live in lady (call her my wife if you will), Angelique. Its where Chris Guest doesnt get the easist clues, then gets chocolate babies without a clue. Hilarious skit with a hilarious theme song. |

"Whitey Bird" is my all-time favourite SNL skit. I have taught what I can remember of it to my kids. I was hoping to find a copy. Have you had any luck? |
