I am trying to help Kelly Moon, a woman in Southern California ,that has an informal pot-belly pig rescue out of her house in Azusa, which, of course, happens to violate a City ordinance that limits ownership to one pig. (Pig owners stick together She has been operating the rescue for approximately 12 with full knowledge of the City and only encounter problems when a new neighbor 'raised a stink.' Needless to say, I have not a clue of where to start to try to find a way around the ordinance. I would like to find a way she can keep the pigs as they will otherwise be put down. We would greatly appreciate any assistance or direction anyone may be able to provide. Thank you very much. |
