Call me deranged, but as I get older, my perspective seems to be changing. Today I made an order on Ray Allen, and it was nearly as exciting as ... well, it was exciting. I'll just leave it at that. Very exciting!
I am thinking that I may be looking at having to double up on both therapy and meds. Has anyone else experienced this type of response to making equipment orders?
As I look at the whole event, it started when we were discussing schlagstocks on this board. I remember thinking...I need a couple of new sticks. Then all I remember was the order confirmation page at Ray Allen and a total price of $1202. Everything else was a blur.

Thad
Ray Allen is very proud of their equipment. There are a lot of other sources of cheaper (and same or better quality) equipment. Signature K9 and
Gold Coast are two vendors that come to
mind. Ray Allen is here in Colorado Springs and I'll go there and look at
what they have on the discount rack, but
I wouldn't pay the catalog price :-)

Hi Thjomas,
That would be quite kewl! I have always used Ray Allen, though Demanet has been courting me to sponsor some events...offering a bite suit....which is very hard to turn down. :)
But yeah, let me know what they have.
Thanks,
TAS

Muahahaha! Be sure that Ray Allen spells my last name correctly on the commission check, would you Thad ;)
Man you should have seen me the day I went up to the Universal K-9 'warehouse' and started buying stuff.... I went up for a simple intermediate sleeve. I got:
2 'bite bar' sleeves
1 french linen intermediatet sleeve
1 puppy sleeve
2 leashes
3 bronze collar pinch collars
2 agaitation collars
3 T shirts! T shirts, I tell ya!
LOL!
Then there was a couple weeks ago when I bought my new truck, but you don't want to hear about that... LOL.

You bring up a good point...what is it about the t-shirts? I ordered $50 worth of friggen t-shirts. You know, you start out the very very best and most puritanical thoughts. Like, I need to pick up a couple of bamboo betty's. By the time you get to the credit card page, you have three boiled leather gauntlets, two concealable sleeves, a new 1.25" agitation coller, a nice new traffic lead, two jute top covers, and SIX FRIGGEN T-SHIRTS! $50 bucks worth of T-SHIRTS! I tell ya, my mental illness transcends the boundaries of socially (financially) tolerable behavior. LOL My wife has contacted a divorce lawyer.

I think mine almost called one when I bought my truck, but mostly because she doesn't know how to drive a stick, and she is CONVINCED that I bought it that way for a reason OTHER than mileage and $$ saving, lol.
So, when are you buying that vacation home in FLorida on 20 grassy acres? You know, it's not fair of you to hog all that training equipment...
