Okay, this stuff is too long to cram into the Shoutbox on the front page, so I'll post it here. This topic is for everyone to discuss counter-combos or counter-blades for the almost (note: ALMOST! not TOTALLY!) unstoppable Round Shell MS. So far we've got:
1. Cyber Dragoon (Ronin Fox's first solution)- Jumping gimmick upsets RSMS' balance greatly, often pitching it out of the stadium. (I used Tornado Balance Type S.)

2. Advance Eterner with Chain Attacker CWD- Shoot it non-aggressively and just let the Chain Attacker gradually shave off RSMS' endurance. You've got a problem, however, if your opponent is good at shooting RSMS aggressively without letting it lose balance. (tricky, but it can be done)

Death Gargoyle MS uncustomized, Advance Striker uncustomized, or Circle Upper AR, Circle Heavy WD and Metal Flat RC, have a chance to beat RSMS depending on your shooting technique and your opponent's shooting technique. Note that this test was done only in Tornado Balance Type S-- I don't have other Takara stadiums yet.

If your opponent shoots RSMS non-aggressively (simple banking shot or straight shot), shoot your blade right on the edge of the tornado ridge. Pretend that the inside of the stadium is a clock-- if you're shooting in left spin, aim for the 3:00 (right-hand) side of the ridge. If using right spin, aim for the 9:00 (left-hand) side. This will cause your blade to breeze right past RSMS and spin madly around the ridge in seemingly useless circles. However, by the time your blade gets tired of circling, RSMS will have lost a great deal of endurance and will be very easy to tip over. Your blade will then naturally gravitate towards the inner area of the stadium, and the slightest contact with RSMS should knock RSMS to the ground (sometimes even out of the stadium).

If your opponent shoots RSMS aggressively, dodging it becomes much more important-- and more difficult. It is imperative that you avoid contact with RSMS in the first few seconds of the battle, or your blade will just keep getting deflected and eventually KO'd.

Avoid using sliding and catapult shoot when pitting the above blades/combos against RSMS-- the last thing you want is to clash with RSMS head-on. The key to winning is to dodge and survive long enough for RSMS to lose some or most of its endurance.

For definitions of the different shooting techniques listed here, see the link to Beyblade Damashii below. I'll experiment with Metal Semi-Flat RC combos against RSMS and post the results here when time permits.

SPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM!!! BAN HIS/HER ROODY-POO CANDY ###!

(ahem) Um, back on topic... I haven't tested it yet but I'm quite sure a plastic zombie would have no problem beating RSMS.
