As you've undoubtedly noticed, I've been busy for the past few weeks with career-related matters. So to make up for this period of inactivity, the site now features Beyblade Interviews and Customization Guides in the Stuff section. The Interviews section will expand as time goes by-- and if anybody knows of any champion Beybladers who should be interviewed, please shout it out! The Customization Guides currently feature Attack Rings, Blade Bases and Spin Gears. A guide to Weight Disks is coming soon, after I take the necessary photos. Articles to be posted in the near future include a study of launch techniques and a list of original combos. As usual, if you have any questions or comments, just stick 'em up here. We don't call it "The Rant Room" for nothing!

Well, there aren't any tournaments here in Sydney, so I don't have any tournament experience. I probably can't count myself as a pro if I haven't been in a real competition. http://www.fortunecity.com/bennyhills/coltrane/774/disco My other site. Shake your groove thing! |

...... Just curious, do you actually have all those Beyblades that're listed in the guides? |

A lot of them, but not all of them. I'll make a separate topic for people to post their Beyblade collections. http://www.fortunecity.com/bennyhills/coltrane/774/disco My other site. Shake your groove thing! |

How about a guide listing the most-recommended Beyblades or something like that? |

A whole series of guides on that topic is coming up, Chris. It's called Building Your Collection and lists the must-have Beyblades for each different battle style: Attack, Defense, Endurance and Combination. Should be up before next Monday. http://www.fortunecity.com/bennyhills/coltrane/774/disco My other site. Shake your groove thing! |

Saw that advertised on the playstation.com forums a long time ago... it IS greatly amusing, no? There was also this webcomic in the style of 8-Bit Theater; it was called Metal Gear Yoshi and used modified Final Fantasy sprites as the MGS characters. Very promising, but sadly, it never seems to have gotten past the first few pages. I forgot the URL... if I ever find it, I'll post it so everyone can have a look. http://www.fortunecity.com/bennyhills/coltrane/774/disco My other site. Shake your groove thing! |
