Dear All, I drove up to Waterloo's Electric Park tonight, and there was no dance. The doors were closed. I got the below email from Frank Miller when I got home. People were coming into the parking lot, turning around and going home. I drove an hour. Some drove way over an hour to get there. "May 29th - Waterloo, Electric Park Ballroom, DJ-Doug Shalla, 7.30-11.30p (NO SHOW- NO NOTICE)" While in town, I tried the Isle Casino. It is smaller than Riverside and there was no dance floor, and the band that started at 9 PM wasn't that good. Riverside is better in my opinion. Maureen F |
