Hi Robert, I sent you a messages via the support ticket system which I have recieved no reply to about retaking the exam and the procedure and cost for me to does this.Could you please inform me of the next step. |

Hi Duncan, I don't recall seeing anything from you in my ticket system. Can you resubmit it please and ensure it is accepted for submission as you may have made an error with your email address or details. BTW, the full details for taking the exam, including retaking, are in your course material, but, of course, if you need further information, you are welcome to contact me. |

Hi Robert , thanks for the mail reply last year, i've been so busy with family and work that I have not had time for much else, seems to have slowed down now.I do not have the link for the ticket system could you please e-mail he info to help with thenext step on exam reatke and costs. |
