I was wondering if you could tell me how many hours the hypno course totals up to.and I have to say that I love the course! I have found that some of my own behaviors have changed and I can tell things about others after talking for a few minutes.. it really is amazing. Thank you Thank you.

The number of hours of study, Arminta, depends entirely on the student. I have had students who claimed more than 250 hours as they also purchased and studied books listed on my recommended reading list (although none of them are essential reading). The majority of students say they studied for approximately 100 hours. So, it's really 'horses for courses'. Hope that helps.

yes thank you. the only reason I asked is, I was talking with a lady who is a hypnotherapist the way she talked and the questions she asked me lead me to believe that she looks for status not quality.. and she keeps drumming for how many hours I have.. and who my Teacher is and so on.. she was trying to get me into thier school and I told them no... I love the school Im at and the Instructor is awsome.. honestly .. everything you teach in this course just sinks in.. and stays.. I cant wait for the rest of the courses.and Please do a NLP course..Thank you Arminta ~

I'm afraid that is a common story Arminta. Although we should all be striving for a common cause, helping clients, there are some course graduates that are more interested in ego trips (at the client's expense). Your lady sounds like one of them for as you rightly say, she should be more interested in the quality and contents of the course. One thing I will stick my neck out in saying is that I would be very surprised if she has learn half of what you have/are learning on the course she is pushing. I don't say that lightly, but there are so many undesirable so-called tutors out there on the Internet who are only interested in their own personal promotion and what they teach is, to say the least, dubious. I hope and pray that what I teach is helping to make good Hypnotherapists, not hypnotists who revel in having their egos stroked. I am not talking about every school teaching hypnotherapy, but the numbers of dubious teaching establishments has been rapidly growing over the years and that saddens me, just as it must do with all other genuine Hypnotherapy Schools/Colleges.
