Right, well, if you have read the guest book, I'm sure that you'll have an idea what this is about. I have read a few book, and most just feel completely wrong and just comercialised rubbish. I was therrefore wondering what book you have all found good, those especialiy for the very begginer. This would be musch appriciated.

Merry Meet Undecided, you already have a a calling to the craft, otherwise, why would you be here? But there are other factors as well. Have you ever been in a forest or woodland and felt like you were not alone, but totally at ease and relaxed about it. Have you ever wanted to dance around the lawn in the light of the full moon, butt naked? If so, then you are of the craft and the craft is of you.The book I found most helpful, when I was first starting out was by Kate West called "Spell In Your Pocket". It is only a small book but it answered all the questions that I had then. After reading the book twice I decided to Self Dedicate to the Goddess and now I am a fully acknowledged Hereditry, Solitary, Hedge Witch of 5 years experience.Hope this helpsBlessed Be!Robin

Hey, Iam a begginer also and I read a book which is called 'A complete guide to witchcraft' by Teresa Moorey. Its really good even for people who are more experienced with the craft as it tells about the history of the craft. I found it very interesting!Blessed Be! x

Hi Jane,Teresa Moorey is an excellent writer. I have her book on using Herbs in magical rites, it's a very good read. Teresa Moorey lives near me BTW.
