Right, well, yes, on this topic I have a question can you just (and to sound childish) make them up in the most literal sense. I mean, obviously, to not use known language. Most witch names are confined to a grouping of words from a language (usually English), and I just thought that such a method is a bit constricting. The thoughts, feelings and images behind your name could be described by one word (as that is all words are: a reference), which to the maker, sums up their witch name. It seems to me to make more sense, but I may just be prattling on, I do sometimes walk off into a realm of philosophical language, I'm sad like that. |

Hi Ella, your craft or magic name can be based on anything and everything. Take for instance the crystal that is matched to your star sign. Or maybe your ancestors come from another country like Ireland or Wales, then you could their language to name yourself. There are thousands of sources where ideas for names can come from. Yours will make itself known to you in good time.BBRobin |
