Some belive ghosts are simply energy left over from events which occurred some time ago in the same place. Kind of like a video playing over and over again, due to the energy from that event being so strong. What do you think? |

well there are many thoughts about this, one beng that ghosts stayed on earth until they finish something once started before dying,(example- someone died trying to climb a mountain, and they are still on earth as a ghost trying to climb the mountain)another idea is that the human energy never stops so a part of a person the died is still here,( the energy part) another thought is just what u sed, a scene just playing ove and over |

This will all depend on what kind of "haunting" is taking place. A traditional haunting is the earhtbound spirit who is capable of interacting with the living and does exhibit a consciousness. The RESIDUAL haunting, rather, is the imprint of a highly emotionally charged event upon a certain location. This form of haunting plays out more like a continuous replay of the scene.
