i dont kno how to start this, but just go straight for whats been bothering me n quite frankly im scared. I just recently had a baby n this feeleng of being watched had been happening way before i was pregnant but not as often. well everynight when my husband has to be AT work eraly as 4 in the mornig he wakes up earlier to get ready he;s always careful not to wake me but something always seems to make me wake up right when hes closing the door and thats when i get frighted beacuse i kno waht i fear the most is about to happen. as i lay thinking it will be ok i suddenly get a very heavy sleep that i cannot control i try but no use... n thats when my body feels motinless as i have visions of someone entering the room and im trying to let them kno to help me i kant move i see my self screaming but nothing then i curse and curse to let me go and i finally wake up even more terrefied. see at ffirst i thaught it was just dreams but once i told relatives they filled my haed w/ more questions than answer. my family comes from a maxican decent, in mexico it is believed that waht happens to me is called "el muerto encima" meaning the dead on top of you, and i kno it sounds silly which i till this day want to make something else out of it. thats not all they also told me that bad spirits are usually after newborns since they are pure they tend to hang around to see what they can do, whatever that means..... so this has been happening for way too long i do not kno what to meake of it now since my husband works early everyday its been happening everyday continously up to 3 times and that is why im doing research on it i hope u guyss have heard about this, oh also its happened to other family members but i have not found anyone else that has gon thru this im really scared i do believe in god n i do truly belive hes the only person i should fear not demons god is the one that has my life in hes hands.........please help...!
