With America's new catch phrase "Rock the Vote" swinging into action from every source of media around, America is just asking underinformed kids to make irresponsible decisions during th election. A majority of students that are being asked to vote around the colleges watch less than an hour of news per day, not to mention avoid the reading the news paper completely. The movies, the next big celebrity, anyone but the individual's knowledge is making an influence on the actual vote. This movie screams hidden agenda and personal promotion, but so many kids being urged to vote are so underinformed about politics, that the media-moguels brainwashing happens far too easily. Conviently the movie was made just in time to persuade voters to turn a blind eye to Bush's efforts and see him as a uninvolved golf playing ego maniac. Is this true? Just ask your 18-24 yr. old son or daughter who saw the movie... they'll say the only thing they've been taught ... "Yes Mom and Dad, whatever you say."

Watch news? I thought the Republicans believe that the news/media are ran buy the Jews. You do not have to watch the news to smell the oil deal in Iraq. War creates jobs! That's the fact. Contractors oversea get pay 3 to 4 times more than an American soldiers doing the same stuff. How do you Halliburton won the contract in Iraq so easily? Tell me, do the Bush's family have any tie to those companies working in Iraq right now?
Just look at Bush's negative ads on TV tell you the kind of man he is. Look at how he attacked John McCain four years ago in the campaign ad. How can a war dodger have the right to be commander in chief? What right does he has to send our American soldiers to be citizen polices in Iraq right now?
What right does the Saudi people have to have the secret service people to protect them from Americans just taking pictures of their embassy or filming/interviewing outside across the street from their building? Can you tell me how much investment the Saudis have right now in the U.S. economy? Do the Saudis have any investments in the rebuilding plan in Iraq? Propaganda? yeah I guess it's propaganda to accuse Iraq having WMDs? What about Korea and Iran? Iraq has NONE people. Bush does not believe the UN weapon inspectors but believe in the Russian president? Hmmm, if Iran tells Bush that Saudi Arabia has WMDs, will he listen to them too?
BTW, as an ex-US military soldier, I have the right to voice my opinion. I've served this country and have an honorable discharge. How many of you in here have been in the military? Want to sign up? I can help you patriotic Americans to help Bush with war in terror. Your services will be gladly accepted in Fallujah. Anyone?

A Military deserter?? Well what about our LAST president who failed to serve and who took each and EVERY opportunity to evade military duty?
I want to go, but the military will not take a 50 year old man with bad ankles and knees.

I agree w/ you Jim. Clinton is another war dodger but at least he's not the current president who sent our troops in to a war based upon nothing. Bush is so arrogant he stated that as a commander in chief, he does not owe the American people an explaination to what he does. I think he owe our troops an apology and to the families who lost their sons/daughters/wives/husbands..etc.. an apology. As a leader, one must be hold accountable for all one's action.
If Bush is so hot shot like he said he is, then why he didn't not go to Nam while he has the opportunity but instead joined with all other silverspooners in to the elite National Guard group.

I do not believe you can find anything that indicates Mr. Bush said he owes us no explanation.
As for Vietnam, I grew up in the hysteria. EVERYONE wanted to stay out. I wanted to go. All my friends tried to find ways to stay out of the army etc. I will not dignify attacking Mr. Bush based on what was happening 32 years ago. We all change. I was a Democrat, now I am a Dem who votes Republican.
The Democrats have caused this. Democrats refused to fund armored Hum'v's for our soldiers and to fund more body armor..
Clinton cut the Military Budget and the Intelligence Budget, and the intel that we had on Ossama indicated 6 YEARS before 9-11 that Ossama was going to continue to attack the WTC. Clinton ignored this.
Kerry on the other hand has 3 dubious medals. The guys who served with him in Nam even started a site that is critical of him and his leadership. He was there to do nothing more than become a hero so he could run for office.
Go to that website and read about Mr. Holy Kerry.
OH and then there is the Wendy's Fiasco where they stopped to get Burgers and Fries and it was found out they had a catered meal and trashed the food they bought.
I will take Bush over Kerry every day and twice on Sunday and so will my family members in the military. They prefer a president who stands up for his military and who does what is needed.
Iraq, is better off today than it was before Sadam. Believe it or not fewer people are dying there today than under Sadam.. who gassed and burned and killed over 100,000 people.
This country's shame is that it did not act during the 8 year undeclared war of Bill Clinton.

First off, I am not a Dem or a Rep. I hate politics. I became involved after I saw Bush's speeches on TV. He's very scary. I'd rather not vote but have to because I do not want another 4 yrs of Bush. The main reason we went to Iraq, is not because of WMDs orthe recent Bush's claim of helping/freeing the Iraqui citizens from a nefarious regime, but to help the Saudi. To protect their kingdom. Why? Investments. This is my theory. Please tell me not that the Bush family have any financial tie with the royal Saudis. I hope I am wrong but I highly doubt it.
The Vietnam conflict (was an undeclared war) was wrong. There are many Vietnamese voted and will vote and will support Bush again for this election is because why? Do you know? They hate Kerry. The reason? Kerry was an anti-war activist. Most Vietnamese refugees who came to the US are political refugees..most of them are the old, South Vietnamese govt people. They hate those who betrayed them. They blamed the war activists for stopping the war, cutting the US aids to help the South Vietnamese in defeating North Vietnamese.
The main reason for the US withrawal of Vietnam was because of what? Because Nixon made a deal with China (China was not on a friendly term with the former USSR.) The US has betrayed the Southern Vietnamese govt and its people. The US involvement in Vietnam was wrong!!!! All those poor people who lost their lives (US and Viets) during the Vietnam "war" died injusticely.
Same thing w/ the Iraq war right now. The original reason for the US to go to war with Iraq was to free and to help those poor Iraqi people? I highly doubt it...gimme a break!!!
Bandar Bush 2004!!!!
