The musee du Quai Branly opens June 27, 2006. A pet project of President Jacques Chirac, this new museum is dedicated to the art of Africa, Asia, Oceania and the Americas. It's located on a four-acre modern compound near the Eiffel Tower on Quai Branly Metro stop Bir Hakeim).
