I understand from Blackpool Borough Council and South Lakes DC that all waste,should be removed from 'Just inside the curtilage of the property' as per act of parliament. Not on the roadside. If we continue to call waste removal a 'kerbside collection' we will soon believe this method and the streets will never be clear of the eyesores on collection day. See Blackpool streets, where bedsitland means upto 6 bins per property on the pavement (health and safety / tripping issue?)
