The giveaway to this one is the sentence that says 'the councils new administration.' Sadly, petty local party politics are set to lead to a backward step in terms of recycling. And the high cost of this change will be borne by nobody but the poor residents in the shape of higher council tax bills. |

This is called democracy. If you dont like it try living in one of the many countries where it is sadly lacking. |
