What other call signs did Co. D use? I remember "Cold Shower" and "Choctaw Indian" and "Smokey Rifles" in 1966-1967. I know it was changed to "Heavy Bones" in 1968. Any others? http://www.rsalazar.crosswinds.net Rolando's Pictures of Vietnam |

Kevin Perrier (E-2/7, 1970) sent me copies of some 2/7th Cav documents showing that Co. D call sign in August 1970 was Gory Brunt and in September 1970 it was Slave Nomad. The documents show call signs for other 2/7th units and those attached. If anyone is interested, let me know. |
