I drink a lot of Diet Coke and intend on giving up my unhealthy addiction. Does anybody have any suggestions that will help with headaches and withdrawal?? |

Pranayama, or deep breathing, will help. Just breathe deeply for 3 minutes anytime either a craving or anything gets to you. |
