I am worried about my husband, he is so tired all the time. I think that he has chronic fatigue but of course he refuses to go the hospital. I started thinking that maybe there is something natural that can help and he wont have to get on some medication that i have heard do not work that well. Has anyone ever heard of anything that helps and works? |

It is important that your husband get tested to make sure that he has Chronic Fatigue. There could be something else going on and taking something for Chronic Fatigue made not help it. There are so many reason why people are tired. I have chronic fatigue and I take a product called activive that seems to help me but everyone is not the same. I do stress the importance of making sure that he gets tested. Good luck. |

Jiaogulan (gynnostemma) is one of my favorite herbs for energy. It's good for so many things! When they did a census in China, they found that certain regions had large concentrations of octogenarians (people living over 100). They examined their diets and found that these people were using jiaogulan as a daily beverage instead of green tea (or coffee, which drains the adrenals). You can read more about it at my website (see below) or just Google it. http://highvibrations.net/information/Memory%20Longevity%20Formula.html#info_longevity Excerpts from my books and lots of information about Vibrational Healing. |
