There is a great web forum www.thesilverfern.com which is a NZ based sports discusion board (advertisement...warning..warning). They have a simple rule.... treat the forum like a bar..friendly banter is ok, healthy debate encouraged, and even the mild argument tollerated... but dont post anything that would get you thumped in a NZ bar! We are all adults, obviously we all understand that the forum is there for members and interested parties to discuss topics relevent to mono and hopefully to promote the club. A post that said 'Stephen Brooks is a fat useless b'stard' is not acceptable whereas a post that discussed ' Does Stephen Brooks have a weight disadvantage in his race class, effecting his performance' is fine. Hopefully the above brings clarity in a format lees tedious than the orignal posting... otherwise Im sure to get another private message telling me that posts made on www.aristonracing.com could result in a lifetime ban from the Mono forum _________________ Jim Blockleys Lost Love Child |

what a wasteful life you lead. Mono should ban you for ever. Stephen gives you a voice and you do this. I think you are a big """££$$%^ $$$£%%. I hope he never sees you again. |

They still do not allow harrassment on their forums, so you can still have that forum removed for acting like a child. |

It would appear that you were not very bright in hiding your identity.... Tristan, you have only 1 friend... Fatty Brooks! |

Oh. My. God. Are you actually 9 years old, or were you bullied at school. What sort of comment is that; "you only have one friend"? You've never met me outside of racing, and you have no idea of my friends. Yes, I count Stephen as a friend, as he's pleasant and mature. I think I get on well will nearly everyone in Mono - Anstruthers, Purcell, Harrisons etc. Do I socialise with them as 'friends'? Not usually, because I only see them at races. I'm clearly less needy than you! |

Let's go down to your level shall we... How many championships did you win in Mono, despite the newest car, best driver, and biggest budget (probably)? |

Not knocking Nick Anstruther (your championship contender) here, but the last time I raced him in equal machinery (Castle Coombe 2004) he was 10 secs a lap slower and my car's rear dampers didn't work... So to borrow your words, winning against him strikes me as being a 'hollow victory' |

Ah, Phil has asked for backup to help him! When did you last race Nick? In what cars? |

Not at all, Phil just reminded me what a good laugh you are. As I stated above, I raced in 2004 at Castle Combe in Mono. Cars were Formula Vauxhall Junior. My best time in a car with non-functioning rear dampers was 1:14.4. Nick pulled a 1:24.8 out of the bag. |

Tristan, I don't need 'back up'...loads of people know you are a twat :D Ask Kevin McClurg for just one! |

This 'banter' isn't doing either of you any favours. Just what is the point of it? http://www.aucklandzoo.co.nz/ |

Loads of people know you are a twat too Phil, but I don't feel the need to drag them into a slanging match! I know Kevan thinks I am a twat. It's all out in the open, we are civil when we meet (he was here a couple of days ago). I think he's a twat too (at times). So it's all good. I don't pretend to like people I don't like. Why should I? As for Andy, I have no issue with him, I don't know him, I've barely ever conversed with him (indeed, I didn't know who SpawneyWhippet was until a week or so ago), and I'm happy to not draw conclusions on him as yet. If he chooses, for whatever reason, not to like me in any way, then I'm happy with that. We can't all be liked, and we can't like all. |

Oh, and I think Nick has got a lot better these days. He's pretty handy in the wet, and hardly slow in the dry... Plus he's a good guy, and I haven't a bad word to say about him. |

No, you just had a bad word to say about.... me, Andy Uttley, Nemesis, Richard Purcel, Kevin Mason, and Kevin McClurg...all of whom have done more in motorsport than you will ever achieve :D |

Back momentarily to say that I don't have a bad word to say about Purcell. The rest I agree with. |
