Hello, I am trying to trace ANY information of 45th reg Sherwood Foresters strationed at the barracks in Aldershot, Hamps.in 1881. Esp. Arthur Farrar aged 20, from Thripston Northants. |

Hi Tim, I think you asked about G W P ferrar and WW1 on another site. He was my great grandfather and died in rather odd circumstances. I would love to hear from you especially if you know anything about the thrapston Ferrars in the 1700s and 1800s. Nick ferrar |

271 Arthur Farrar as a Private shown in the 1881 census had been discharged as a Sergeant by 1891. Eddie Edwards on archivist@wfrmuseum.org.uk has more information |
