I have questions about your $250/mo, 1 bedroom apartments. What do the utilities cost, are they available for long term rental, and are cats allowed. We look to rent sometime in the next 22 months and would be will to pay at least 6 months upfront. Gracias! |

that is real cheap for the area. Low end is probably $400 for something small |
