i would like to find out more about my family history if anyone can help. my grandmothers maiden name was mcgahey and as far as i know she was from monaghan . after that there is a story but would prefer not to say if anyone is a monaghan mcgahey would love some info. |

Hi, My McGahey's started out in Co. Monaghan, Ireland also. My GGrandfather's name was Peter. He and his brother William died in Ireland but I understand many from his family left the country. |
