I'm now going to explain how this Trial will work. Each day, the prosecution and defense teams will make their cases, and show any evidence they have. At the end of each day, I will summarise what has happened. At the end of the trial the Jurors will deliberate and give their verdicts to me, which will then be announced to the rest of the court, and the public.If anyone impersonates an officer of the court, in any way, they will be banned from the court, permanently.Please remember that this is a court room, and conduct yourselves accordingly. The Jury will need to nominate a foreperson, and if they have any questions, the foreperson should be the one to ask them, either here, in the courtroom, or to me privatley via e-mail.Thank you to all those who have volunteered to sit on the jury.Judge Melissa McGavin
