If it agreeable to all parties, we will put a time limit on Jurors applications, we cannot have the trial indefinately delayed whilst waiting for applications.Judge Melissa McGavin |

Mr LoganI am well aware of the need for an impartial jury in this case, however you would do well to remember that this court has no juristiction over any other neighbourhoods in SIm Nation and it cannot force others to take part in these proceedings.I will set a date of Monday 24th March for the start date of the trial. This means that if a full Jury of 12 cannot be found from across sim nation by Friday 21st March, we will select the remaining jurors from Mayfair Plaza, as would normally be the case.Judge Melissa McGavin |
