I use to visit my grandmother in River Herbert back in theearly to mid sixties. She lived in River Herbert and was remarried to a Thomas Waddell, I believe an old Scottish coalminer, but a very kind and gentle man to us kids. I remember going to the theater in Joggins. I remember visiting (maybe Tom's son) who had a very talented dog and the dog would eagerly do all his tricks for us. If Tom still ahs decendants in the area post at byc57@yahoo.ca |
