Years ago, a friend of mine had an argument with a tractor and ended up managing farms using a phone, a computer and his people skills rather than his legs. You're going to have to get a new job and for that you'll need the education - NVQs are a good start and they don't relate to a specific industry. You should start soon - I started my degree when I was 35 and it took me three and a half years. Otley seems to have a good Level 4 program - I know bugger all about it though.
