Hi! I'm looking for an openly-accessible track, preferably on the West side. I normally do my repeats on the open road, but I have a specific, one-time need for a quarter-mile track. If anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it. |

P.S. While I'd ***prefer*** a track near the West side, bear in mind this is a one-time deal, so anything on the East side will be fine, too. |

North Middle School in Henderson. The track is accesible after school hours. However, the lights are not on so plan accordingly. |

Thanks, Paul! Anyone else know of anything in "Evansville proper"? ;) |

Reitz High track is open after school sometimes between 3pm-5pm. There is also a way to get in there after hours. Go trail and around the fence into the football field then you have to go under a fence, but maybe I am more daring than you. |

I have always been able to get on the track at Harrison. Question: public high schools maintained with public tax dollars. Why aren't all the tracks open all the time? The Y on the east side is building an outdoor track. |

The Mt Vernon High School is open almost all of the time unless there is construction or work going on. Just walk through the turn gate on the west side of the track |
